Welcome to Bremi-qen AI. These terms are an agreement between you and Property Sapiens LLC ("Bremi-qen AI," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Bremi-qen AI, you agree to them. We've written them in plain language, because we actually want you to read them — especially the safety parts.

The short version: Bremi-qen AI gives AI-generated maintenance and repair suggestions. AI can be wrong. Home repair can be dangerous. You are always the one deciding whether to attempt a repair, and you do so at your own risk. When in doubt — and always for gas, electrical, or refrigerant work — hire a licensed professional. We are not liable for what happens to you, your appliances, or your home.

1. What Bremi-qen AI is (and isn't)

Bremi-qen AI is an informational tool: it helps you organize your appliances, reminds you about maintenance, and offers AI-generated troubleshooting suggestions. Bremi-qen AI is not:

  • a licensed contractor, electrician, plumber, HVAC technician, or repair service;
  • professional advice of any kind;
  • a substitute for your appliance's official manual, the manufacturer's guidance, or a qualified professional's judgment;
  • an emergency service.

2. AI-generated content can be wrong

Bremi-qen AI's maintenance schedules, troubleshooting steps, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence (including Anthropic's Claude models). AI-generated content:

  • may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
  • may not apply to your specific appliance model, even when the model number was identified correctly;
  • may misread model stickers, misidentify parts, or describe procedures that differ from your appliance's actual design;
  • does not know the condition, history, or installation specifics of your particular appliance.

You must use your own judgment before acting on anything Bremi-qen AI suggests. Cross-check important steps against your appliance's official manual or the manufacturer's support line — Bremi-qen AI shows you both precisely so you can verify.

3. Assumption of risk — DIY is at your own risk

Appliance maintenance and repair involve real hazards, including electric shock, gas leaks, fire, water damage, sharp edges, heavy components, and injury. By using Bremi-qen AI you acknowledge and agree that:

  • any inspection, maintenance, or repair you perform is your own voluntary decision, made at your own risk;
  • you are responsible for evaluating whether a task is within your skill, using proper tools and safety equipment, and disconnecting power/water/gas before working on any appliance;
  • results may differ from what Bremi-qen AI describes, and attempting repairs may cause further damage;
  • repairs you perform may void your appliance's manufacturer warranty — check your warranty status (Bremi-qen AI helps you record it) before opening anything.

4. When you must use a professional

Some work should never be DIY. Bremi-qen AI is designed to refuse step-by-step instructions for high-risk work, and regardless of what the app does or doesn't say, you agree that work involving the following requires a licensed professional:

  • natural gas or propane lines, valves, or gas-burning components;
  • sealed refrigeration systems and refrigerant handling;
  • mains electrical wiring, breaker panels, or hard-wired connections;
  • anything your local law requires a licensed tradesperson or permit for.

Emergencies are not app situations. If you smell gas, see sparking or smoke, or have major flooding: stop, leave the area if appropriate, and contact 911, your utility's emergency line, or a qualified emergency service immediately. Do not consult Bremi-qen AI during an emergency.

5. No warranty

Bremi-qen AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content (including AI-generated content, manufacturer contact details, manuals, or warranty calculations) is accurate, complete, or current. This is beta software; features may change or break.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Bremi-qen AI and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for personal injury, property damage, appliance damage, voided warranties, lost data, or lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) Bremi-qen AI — including reliance on any content it provides — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages;
  • our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use Bremi-qen AI in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is $0) or $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those places, these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bremi-qen AI and its operator from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your performance of any inspection, maintenance, or repair — including harm to third parties or property resulting from work you performed.

8. Your account and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 to use Bremi-qen AI. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't misuse the service (no attempting to breach security, scrape other users' data, or use the AI chat for purposes unrelated to home appliances).

9. Beta terms

Bremi-qen AI is a free private beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the whole service) at any time. We may terminate beta accounts at our discretion. Your data rights are described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll email the address on your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
